I have previouslu lead a major project with Vancouver-based furniture brand Style In Form as the Marketing Director, where I am reorganizing the marketing technology stack to enhance the B2B ecommerce sales channel while addressing B2C user needs. Working closely with the in-house engineering team, we adopted a headless ecommerce backend integrated directly with the ERP. I implemented a PIM and DAM, and introduced channels including Google Merchant and Meta for dynamic ad campaigns. The goal being to reducing the coast of acquisition of B2B customers and increasing retention rates with digital marketing tools normally reserved for consumer funnels. The project includes user journey development, new messaging, PIM implementation and data cleanup, media asset reorganization, content migration, user acquisition funnel optimization, a Google Analytics overhaul, and an SEO strategy transition.
